Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

All returns and exchanges returned to us are quarantined for 4 days prior to processing.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange. 

    RETURN POLICY:

    • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 
    • Use our automated self service Returns Center. You can start your return process immediately! Click Here to go the Returns Center.
    • Returns will be accepted for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or a Gift Card.
    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless you have pre-purchased a Cambridge return shipping label from the Returns Center.
    • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
    • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
    • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
    • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
    • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.

    AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER RETURNS 

    We will always do our best to process your return or exchange as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time. If you leave a voicemail please allow 24 hours for a return call.

    EXCHANGES

    All returns and exchanges returned to us are quarantined for 4 days prior to processing.

    EXTENDED EXCHANGE POLICY:
    Items purchased from April 15th - August 30th may be exchanged up to September 30th.

    We will only accept exchanges via mail until further notice.

    • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase (standard policy).
    • April 15th - August 30th: items purchased during this time may be exchanged up to September 30th.
    • Shipping charges for the returned item to Cambridge, and shipping charges for the new item back to the client are the responsibility of the client.

    Items purchased with a discount will be eligible for an exchange with the same discount until July 30th.

    CURBSIDE PICK UP + CURBSIDE RETURN:
    Purchase your new item online. Select Curbside Pick Up as shipping method.
    Bring your return package to Curbside Returns when picking up your new purchase.
    Return your items when you pick up your new order. You will require a RMA # for your return as we will issue you a refund after your return has been quarantined.
