Our Return Process

You may return your items via mail or by visiting our retail store.
Exchanges are only available by visiting our retail store.
If you require a different size or item and are unable to visit our store please place a new order online and request a RMA# for the return of your existing item(s).
All sales are final sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return policy
  • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
  • Returns will be accepted for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or a Gift Card.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless you have pre-purchased a Cambridge return shipping label from the Returns Center.
  • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
  • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
  • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.

Items purchased from May 1st - August 30th may be exchanged up to September 30th.
