You may return your items via mail or by visiting our retail store. Exchanges are only available by visiting our retail store. If you require a different size or item and are unable to visit our store please place a new order online and request a RMA# for the return of your existing item(s). All sales are final sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return policy
Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
Returns will be accepted for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or a Gift Card.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless you have pre-purchased a Cambridge return shipping label from the Returns Center.
All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.
