Curbside Pick Up and Return is 100% contactless. 

** WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES AT CURBSIDE PICK UP**
If you have the wrong size:
Order the new size and return the incorrect size.
You may use curbside pick up to pick up the new order, and return the incorrect size.

Curbside Pick Up and Return Hours:
Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are closed, Thanksgiving, Monday, October 12th.


We are CLOSED for PICKUP on SUNDAYS 

PICK UP:

  • You will receive an email indicating your “ORDER IS READY”.
    Please do not come to the store until you receive this notice as our retail stores remain closed.
  • You will have 5 business day to pick up your order. You may designate a friend or family member to pick up your order in your place. Please ensure they have your order number ready at curbside pick up. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be returned with a 10% restocking fee.
  • Signage at Curbside Pick Up will provide instructions about texting upon your arrival.
  • Please do not come to the store until you receive an email notification from us as our retail stores remain closed.
  • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
  • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
  • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.
 

 

All returns and exchanges returned to us are quarantined for 4 days prior to processing.
Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

RETURNS (NO PICK UP):

  • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 
  • Use our automated self service Returns Center. You can start your return process immediately! Click Here to go the Returns Center.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase except items purchased between April 15th-August 30th may be exchanged until September 30th.
  • Your items must be in a sealed package with the complete return form secured to the OUTSIDE of the return package. We will not accept any returns without this.
  • Text the RMA# instead of order number upon arrival.
  • Please do not come to the store until you receive an email notification from us as our retail stores remain closed.
  • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
  • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
  • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.

AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER RETURNS
We will always do our best to process your return as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
