All returns and exchanges returned to us are quarantined for 4 days prior to processing.
Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
We will only accept exchanges via mail until further notice.
- Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase (standard policy).
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
- Prepaid shipping labels can be purchased as an option. We will contact you for payment for the Cambridge prepaid shipping label.
- All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
- Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
- Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
- Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.

Start the return process using our automated return center.
Bring your return package to Curbside Returns when picking up your new purchase.
Drop off your exchange package when you pick up your new order. You will require a RMA # for your return as we will issue you a refund after your return has been quarantined.
