STEP 1: YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
Whether you plan to shop online or in store you will require an online account.
Your online school code can be found in your new student package provided to you by your school.
* Returning families: Please log into your account and ensure your email, shipping address and telephone numbers are current.
A record of your previous purchases will be available for reference online.
STEP 2: NEW FAMILES, SIZING
* Cambridge Uniform recommends an in store fitting for all new students.
* During your fitting our staff will guide you through your school’s uniform policy while fitting your child(ren).
* Fittings for new students takes approximately 30 minutes.
* Following your fitting the items chosen may be taken home with you. Items which may not be available will be shipped to you once they are in stock.
* Store capacity impacts the number of families we can serve.
When you visit the store, we ask that only 1 parent be in attendance with the child(ren) requiring assistance.
* It is best to book an appointment so you can be assisted at the time you choose. Walk in fittings are available, however, there may be a wait.

STEP 3: RETURNING FAMILES, SIZING
* Welcome back. If you have ordered uniform in the past year, you can access your sizing details in your online account.
In most cases students require one size up from their last size unless they have grown significantly.
* Try using the smart sizing tool called “What’s my size/Calculate my size”. This is found in the size chart of each garment.
Follow the guidelines for measuring, enter your child(ren)’s measurements and a size will be suggested based on your measurements.
* Re-ordering online is easy and orders are shipped to your home or can be picked up at our store.
