A. CHEST:
Measure around the broadest part of the chest or bust.

B. CENTRE BACK SLEEVE LENGTH:
Measure center back, arm bent, down arm to wrist.

C. SHOULDER:
Find the point on your shoulder directly above your arm pit.
Measure straight across from that point to the same point on the opposite shoulder.

D. SLEEVE:
Measure from top of shoulder to below the wrist.

E. WAIST:
Measure around at belly button

F. HIGH HIP:
Measure around at the widest part of the hip.

H. HIPS:
Measure around at the widest part of your seat.

I. INSEAM:
Measure along the inside of the pant leg from the crotch to the bottom opening. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest 1/2 inches.

J. CENTRE BACK LENGTH: MEASURE FROM THE BACK
Starting from the center of the base of the neck, measure down to the top of the hip.

K. NECK (FOR DRESS SHIRTS):
Measure around neck with space for two fingers to fit comfortably.
