Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS 

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

    RETURN POLICY:

    • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 
    • Use our automated self service Returns Centre. You can start your return process immediately! Click Here to go the Returns Centre.
    • Returns will be accepted for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or a Gift Card.
    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless you have pre-purchased a Cambridge return shipping label from the Returns Centre.
    • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
    • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
    • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
    • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
    • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.

    If it is more convenient for you to use standard mail for your returns, we have that option available too!

    EXCHANGES

    We recommend placing a new order online and returning your order for a refund.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

    EXCHANGE POLICY:

    • Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
    • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase (standard policy).
    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
    • Prepaid shipping labels can be purchased as an option. We will contact you for payment for the Cambridge prepaid shipping label.
    • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
    • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
    • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.

    IN-STORE PICK-UP:
    Purchase your new item online. 
    Start the return process using our automated return centre.
    Bring your return package to the Cambridge location your school is serviced from when picking up your new purchase.

    Drop off your exchange package when you pick up your new order. You will require a RMA # for your return as we will issue you a refund after your return has been quarantined.
