Q: How much will it cost to ship my order to my house?
A: We currently ship within BC and Ontario.

Q: How long after I place my order can I expect to receive my order in the mail?
A: It takes 3 business days to process and ship your order. Once processed you will be notified via email of your order and tracking details.
Q: Will it be possible to track my Cambridge Uniforms order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, we will send you an e-mail that will include the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number for your order.
Full refund or exchange will be given up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided items have all tags attached and have not been washed, worn or altered (includes students name written or labeled on the garment). Discontinued, special order items, sale items, swimwear and hosiery are a final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased in May through July may be exchange until September 30th.
In-Store Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order please feel free to bring the items to the location your school is serviced from within 30 days of receipt of your order. Our team of associates will be able to refund or exchange your purchase within this 30-day window. (The items must be unworn and unwashed in order for Cambridge Uniforms to process a return or exchange. Please refer to our return/exchange policy).

Please have the return/exchange form filled out completely to avoid delays in processing your request. Shipping charges are not refunded and are the responsibility of the client. Returned items are processed in order of their returned date. From August 15 to September 15 we receive a high volume of orders, returns and exchanges. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive an exchanged item?
A: Provided the return/exchange form is filled out completely, we will process your return/exchange within 3-7 days upon receipt of the items.
Q: How and when will I receive my refund?
A: Provided the return/exchange form is filled out completely, refund will be issued to the credit card used to process your original order within 3-7 business days upon receipt of the items. Exchanged items whose value exceeds the amount of your refund will be billed to your credit card.
Q: Who pays for the return shipping of an item to Cambridge Uniforms?
A: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. We do not refund shipping charges.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment to come into the store to purchase uniform?
A: If you are a new student we recommend you book a fitting. This will ensure your uniform is sized correctly. Simply click onto the BOOK A FITTING box on our homepage and select the time available which is convenient to you. Please ensure you are selecting the correct store location. If you are a returning student we encourage you to place your
order online. You will require your school code to shop online. Your school code can be requested by emailing email@example.com.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes you may, however the fastest turnaround is to place your order online which is accessible 24 hrs.
Q: If my school is serviced by one store, can I go to another location to shop for my uniform?
A: Unfortunately no, each school is serviced at a specific location. If you are not sure which location services your school, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: If I order uniforms during the last week of August will I have the full uniform for the start of school?
A: As you might expect, the back-to-school season is the busiest time of year at Cambridge Uniforms. We work hard to ensure that each student has a uniform to start his or her school year off with style and confidence, however, due to the large quantity of orders placed at this time it is possible that certain products may not be available. If an item is out of stock when you come into the store, a Cambridge Uniforms associate will place the item on order for you. The student will be able to try on a sample of the out-of-stock item during your visit to the store so that you are confident that the item ordered will be the correct size when it comes in. It is a good idea to shop early, ideally by the end of July. Any out of stock items will be shipped to your home complimentary.
Q: When do you recommend shopping for back to school?
A: In order to avoid the back to school rush we recommend you shop by the end of July, particularly if you have a student that requires unique sizing requirement. Please keep in mind, you can always return items to Cambridge Uniforms closer to the start of school to exchange sizes if your child grows over the summer. As long as the clothing has not been washed or worn we are happy to exchange items purchased in May until the 30th of September.

Q: I am moving to Canada from another country. How should I start?
A: We recommend you book a fitting prior to arriving in Canada. Please book your fitting for as soon as possible after arrival. This fitting will ensure your uniform is sized correctly. Simply click onto the “BOOK A FITTING” box on our homepage and select the time available which is convenient to you. Please email email@example.com to find out which store location services your school. You may order in advance online non size specific items such as gym bags.
Q: Is it possible to save items in my shopping cart?
A: Yes. The contents of your shopping cart will be saved for 30 days from your last online visit. Once you’ve purchased or remove items from the cart it will be emptied.
Q: Why am I having trouble logging in/out or adding items to my shopping cart?
A: Our website works best with the most updated version of of the most popular web browsers. Please ensure you are using the most up to date versions of Firefox 3.5 or later, or Google Chrome 2.0 or later. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer you might experience some issues. If you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer, we recommend downloading, installing and using the latest version.
Q: Can I see what my past purchases online?
A: Yes. You will be able to view your online purchase history for any order previously purchased online by logging in and clicking onto the profile icon on the top right.
Q: I received my shipment notification email, but the package has not arrived after 48 hrs.
A: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Occasionally, notification from the delivery carrier is sent out in advance. We will contact Canada Post to determine the status of your parcel and provide you with details.
