Q: I don't live in Vancouver. How do I order?
A: Please call us at 1 800 924 9609 to place an order, or you can email your orders to:

Q: How do I measure my child for the items?
A: Click here to download the sizing chart we have provided.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Certified Cheques, Visa, Mastercard, and/or Gift Certificates.

Q: Are my children's school uniform taxable?
A: If the items being purchased for a student over the age of 15, you will be charged both GST (5%), and the PST (7%). Items such as school bags, gym bags, and non-apparel items will be charged both taxes.

Q: What is the shipping cost? What if I need the item immediately?
A: Our shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping Orders up to $150.00 - $6.00
Shipping Orders $150.01-$400 - $9.00
Shipping Orders $400.01 & up - $12.00

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Q: What is you return/exchange policy?
A: We will be more than happy to exchange or return any items in 30 days of purchase provided the items have not been worn, laundered, altered. Please note that shipping handling charges are non-refundable.
