Q: Which methods of payment are accepted online?
A: Visa or Mastercard are accepted as online payment options.
Q: School Code: Why do I need one?
A: The school code allows us to know the school your child attends and assists you to determine your school’s uniform requirements.
Q: Where do I get my school code?
A: The school code will be distributed to your school office. With the school code will be a letter from Cambridge Uniform outlining the online service we will provide your school. If you have questions regarding whether your school is currently online, please contact 1-800-924-9069 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Where do I find my school’s uniform regulations?
A: Under each school code is a link to the uniform regulations for the school. Once you sign into your account the uniform regulation link will take you to the home page of your school where you can fine the uniform regulations. Also provided on the home page for your school is a copy of the uniform order form for reference.
Q: How can I change my account details?
A: Sign in using your user name and password. Click on MY ACCOUNT. You will be taken to a page where you can edit your account details.
Q: How can I change my password?
A: Sign in to your account. Click on MY ACCOUNT. Click the EDIT tab. From here you can enter your new password.
Q: I've forgotten my password. How can I create a new one?
A: Go to any page on our webiste. Underneath our sign-in area there is a link titled REQUEST NEW PASSWORD. Click on the link. Type in the e-mail address associated with your account and click on E-MAIL NEW PASSWORD. You will be sent a one-time auromated password to sign in to your account. Check your email for the link. Once in your account select MY ACCOUNT, then select EDIT. From the edit page you can change your password.
Q: How do I use a promotional code?
A: If you receive a promotional code enter this code as you complete the checkout process.
Q: Why won’t my promotional code work?
A: Check the terms of the code to be sure the promotion date is still valid. If your code is valid and it is still not accepted during checkout please contact us at 1-800-924-9069 and one of our customer service representatives will be pleased to assist you.
Q: How do I place an order online when I have custom requirements for a garment size or fabric?

Q: How do I measure my child?
A: Our “How to measure your child” chart is available on our website to assist you with your measuring requirements. Alternatively, you may contact us at 1-800-924-9069 and one of ourcustomer service representatives will be pleased to assist you.
Q: My order has not been shipped and I would like to revise or cancel it.
A: To revise or cancel and order which has been completed, please call us at 1-800-924-9069 and one of our customer service representatives will be pleased to assist you.
Q: After placing an order online how soon can I expect my credit card to be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged when you have completed your online order.
Q: How can I check my order status?
A: Sign in using your user name and password. Click on MY ACCOUNT. You will be taken to a page where you can check your order status.
Q:How can I tell if my faxed order was received and processed?
A: Order Confirmations are sent via email to the email address provided on your order form. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of faxing your order you may contact us via email at email@example.com or via telephone at the store location that services your school.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation from Canada Post when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. The email provides a tracking number and a link to the Canada Post website where you can easily track your package until it reaches its destination.
Q: Where will my package be delivered to if I am not at home?
A: Your package will be taken to the Canada Post outlet nearest your home. The package will remain there for 15 days.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All of our online orders are shipped Expedited via Canada Post directly to your home.
Q: What should I do if I need my item immediately?
A: Please contact us at 1-800-924-9069 and one of our customer service representatives will be pleased to assist you with your order and arrange priority shipping.
